Special Olympics Rubber Duck Derby, Old Town Sacramento.
Credit the Sacramento Bee
A Coast Guard Auxiliary boat picks up rubber ducks out of the
Sacramento River near Old Sacramento.
The 13,000 ducks were released from the I Street bridge.
