Navigation Rules Test Requirements

• The Initial test for Coxswains and PWC Operators is a closed book proctored by a QE.

• The Five Year re-qualification is an open book exam and may be taken on-line. ...link  If the five year requirement is allowed to lapse, then a closed book exam is required.  QE Request is located on the Form page...link.
